Residence: six mono block four floors buildings , 238 standard rooms
(36 sqm., max. 3 per.), 98 rooms with sea view, 20 family suites "two
bedrooms with bathroom" (47 sqm., max. 4 per.), 11 junior suites (47 sqm.,
max. 4 per.). Village: three floors villas; 74 rooms double land side (Type
-1, 24 sqm., max. 2 per.), 134 rooms large double land side (Type - 2, 29
sqm., max. 3 per.), 116 rooms large double sea side (Type-3, 29 sqm, max.
3 per.), 111 family suites (Type - 1 + type - 2, 43 sqm., max. 5 per.) "two
bedrooms with bathroom", 124 family rooms with connection "two bedrooms
with two bathrooms and two separated entrance (Type-5, 49 sqm., max. 4
per.). All rooms are centrally air-conditioned (limited), with bathroom
and carpet (at Residence Site) but shower/WC and ceramic room floors (at
Village Site). Hair dryer, mini bar, TV/Satellite system (Russian Channel
included), music system, telephone, mini bar, safe, balcony or terraces
are the common availabilities. Maid service and towel change: Everyday,
sheet change: 3 times a week.

sandy beach, special children equipment in WC, 4 mini clubs (baby club:
from 6 month to 2 years; mini club 2 - 7 years old; kids club: 8 - 12
years & teens club 13 - 18 years old).
DINING
Full Board continental breakfast, buffet lunch &
dinner. Bottle water, table wine, soft drinks and beer are included during
lunch and dinner service. Room service: 24 hours.
BEACH
Private sand & pebble beach. Sun beds, umbrellas, towels, mattresses
are free of charge.
